Meat: meatballs in tomato sauce / rice amatriciana of kumquat and smoked cheese / calf cappuccino and cips of bacon. Vegetables: eggplant parmigiana revisited / jelly leek with processed cheese and powdered dehydrated capers, crispy fried leek / pumpkin and ginger, with burrata and roasted zucchini with mint.
